Life coaching is not therapy or counseling, which pairs a mental health professional with a client seeking guidance around mental wellness. It’s not mentorship or training either, in which a professional is paired with a more experienced professional. Life coaching can help fill in the gaps in our master plans and clarify the path from where we are to where we want to be. It is a partnership between the life coach and the client designed to help the client explore their options, focus on their goals, and create a personalized action plan.

How will a life coach help me?

Building this confidence requires a lifestyle and mindset change. My first job is to listen to you, hear your voice and discuss how you see yourself in a confident future. Together we clarify and affirm your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with different healing modalities for overcoming each obstacle. Most importantly I hold you accountable on your goals.

In this journey of life, we are challenged mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Sometimes the fire within us is dimed by fear, doubt, stress, limited beliefs and negative thoughts. It is easy to continue to stay in this state of mind wanting to break free but not sure how. With confidence coaching together we reignite that spark within to find your voice so that you can start believing in yourself, embrace your authentic self, and walk confidently in your future.

Improve your mood, clear out negative energy, find peace of mind and clarity within yourself. You will discover ways to releasing stress, anxiety, improve self-esteem and self awareness. With this practice you will gain overall relaxation. I offer one-on-one personalized guided meditation sessions based on your area of focus.

Coaching
Take a moment to just breathe. Have you checked in with yourself? How are you feeling in this moment? When was the last time you did something for yourself that made you smile?

If the answer does not come easy it's okay. Give yourself grace, you can change that feeling and light the fire within you. With self-care coaching you will be able to slow down rediscover who you are, what you enjoy and make a new commitment of pouring into yourself.

Meditation
Session
This is a great way to introduce people you care about to the benefits of meditation and mindfulness, or reinvigorate your own meditation practice.

Couples Session (60 mins)
Meditating together can increase a positive and deeper connection.

Group Session (60 mins)
A minimum of five guests are required. The starting rate for a group session (five people) is $125. Additional guests are $25 pp with a maximum amount of 10 people.
